When you use the checklist form, we collect your three research answers. You may also choose to provide an email address and separately opt in to practical renter moving tips and product updates.
Why we collect it
We use the answers to understand which moving tasks and formats are useful. If you provide an email, we use it only for early-access or update messages covered by your choice on the form. The checklist itself remains available without providing an email.
Where it is stored
Form records are stored on the server that operates this website. We do not ask for your lease, address, landlord information, payment details or moving photos.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal information. We may use infrastructure providers needed to operate the website, subject to their service terms and security controls.
Retention and your choices
We keep research responses while the product is being evaluated and remove or anonymize records that are no longer needed. You can ask to access, correct or delete a record associated with your email.
